Important Safety Information
- Do not hot-plug device cables.
- Confirm the device voltage, power, installation and other parameters before use; damage caused by exceeding specified parameters is not covered by warranty.
- Before powering on the arm, ensure it is in the start position and the emergency stop is released.
- During initial startup, ensure the device is in a safe, clear area with no payload; follow the operating instructions to start up and test all relevant functions. Contact your vendor if you encounter any issues.
- The arm presents pinch and crush hazards; keep body parts and clothing clear of the motion range.
- Do not exceed the rated payload; end effectors and workpieces must be securely installed to prevent dropping or off-center load.
- Except in emergencies, wait until the device is fully stopped before powering off; do not power off while the device is in motion.
- In case of malfunction or accident, use the emergency stop or power off immediately to avoid further injury, contact qualified personnel, and do not disassemble the unit yourself.
- Evaluate the IP rating, temperature and other environmental requirements for your use; damage caused by harsh or unsuitable environments is not covered by warranty.
- Follow the relevant maintenance requirements to avoid irreversible damage from improper operation, e.g. high-speed collision, lack of lubrication leading to joint wear.
- This device does not provide reliable collision avoidance, fall protection or proximity detection; perform a safety assessment of your integrated product and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and certifications to avoid serious safety risks. Note: Warranty does not cover damage from user disassembly, modification, misuse or force majeure such as natural disasters. The manufacturer is not liable for accidents involving user-integrated systems; users must perform their own risk and reliability assessment. This is a formal statement.
