Important Safety Information

  • Do not hot-plug device cables.
  • Before use, confirm the device operating voltage, power, installation and other parameters; issues caused by use beyond rated specifications are not covered by warranty.
  • The gripper presents crush and pinch hazards; pay attention to personnel safety during operation.
  • Some cables are routed externally; in complex setups, secure and strain-relieve cabling yourself to avoid loose harnesses.
  • Do not exceed the rated payload; end tools and workpieces must be installed securely to prevent dropping or off-center loading.
  • Except in an emergency, wait until the device is fully stationary before powering off; do not disconnect power while the device is moving.
  • If the device malfunctions or an incident occurs, use the emergency stop or power off immediately to avoid secondary damage, contact qualified technical personnel, and do not disassemble the unit yourself.
  • Evaluate IP rating, temperature and environmental suitability for your application; issues caused by harsh or unsuitable environments are not covered by warranty.
  • Read the relevant maintenance requirements to avoid irreversible damage from improper operation—for example, high-speed collisions or axis wear due to insufficient lubrication.
  • This device does not provide collision avoidance, fall protection, personnel proximity warning, or other related safety functions; perform a safety assessment of your integrated product, comply with applicable regulations and certifications, and ensure your product has no serious safety deficiencies.

Note: Warranty does not cover damage from user disassembly, modification, misuse, or force majeure such as natural disasters. The manufacturer is not liable for accidents involving user-integrated equipment; users must assess risk and perform reliability testing. This is a formal statement.
